Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund less our original and actual cost of shipping the item to you. If the return is necessitated by our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We strongly suggest that you return items "signature-required".

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or call us at 904-529-9987.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world via the U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail with average 2-3 day delivery anywhere in the United States and average 6-9 day delivery to international destinations.
